Harry Styles and Taylor Swift's relationship began in fall 2012 and ended by January, which definitely sounds like a winter romance. But while appearing on BBC Radio 1, interviewer Scott Mills asked the One Direction guys if they had ever had a winter girlfriend — and Harry immediately went on the defensive!
"What do you mean? Not on purpose," he said. "As in you aim to just have the girlfriend for the winter? I don't think you ever aim for it."
The singer joked, "Do you just think 'd'ya know what? I don't think I'm gonna get enough Christmas presents this year. I'll get a girlfriend so I get a couple more'?"
Since Harry is a total sweetheart, we don't think he would date the "Shake It Off" singer just to have a winter romance. Although he's been linked to a lot of girls, he says that he's just waiting for the right one to come along before he settles down seriously.
