Did Justin Bieber Save a Little Boy's Life?

With all of the negative headlines we've been reading about Justin Bieber lately, it's awesome to see the bighearted pop star getting some positive attention for a change. It turns out that listening to Justin's record-breaking song "Baby" helped Theo Bolonik, a two-year-old boy suffering seizures, deal with the mysterious illness that landed him in the pediatric intensive care unit.
"The song came to be Theo's life raft," his mom explains. "I'd sworn that Bieber would never be allowed in our household, but desperate times call for desperate measures, and the track was playing so frequently it became like white noise: Theo would demand the video repeatedly until his meal — or any task we needed him to endure — was done. It was an easy request to oblige."
Theo's mom remembers one particular afternoon in the hospital when her son was fighting off his nurses and refusing to allow them to insert an IV. When his doctor and the nurses starting singing "Baby," Theo stopped crying and was distracted long enough for them to give him the medicine he desperately needed. Eventually his blood-sugar levels stabilized and his seizures stopped for good!
Are you happy to hear that Justin's song helped a sick little boy feel better?
