Now that it's April and spring is officially on its way, we have one thing on our minds: Prom! Since we're obsessed with celebrities and school dances, we've decided to hold our own fictional celebration and we're inviting stars like Austin Mahone and Justin Bieber to compete for the title ofJ-14 Prom King and Queen!
